THE JOB
You will be handling all incoming enquires from ultra-high net worth individuals, looking to book a luxury Villa Holiday of their dreams. This could be a family of 4 or a group reservation, but what is guaranteed is their high expectations and desire for the best! As a luxury travel consultant, you will fully understand the client's needs, establish a rapport and deliver on their requests. You will offer a consultative sales approach, friendly advice and with your exceptional relationship management skills close the sale.

Offering exceptional customer service is an essential part of this luxury sales job, ensuring the customer has a great experience and building your client base for repeat business. This is also balanced with being sales and commercial focused, you will have sales targets to reach, therefore you must be results and sales driven.

What is unique about this travel job, is that our client is in a start-up mode which means they are looking for someone that enjoys a challenge, is ambitious, not afraid to question the status quo and have a driven mindset. You will work closely with the Head of Sales, constantly reviewing the sales process and maximising on revenue opportunities with each enquiry. You will have a background in luxury travel and have a proven background of working UHWI with large budgets. You will not be a 9-5.30 individual, you will need to be committed and put in the hours to reap the rewards, this is predominantly during the peak booking periods.
