Job Role:

  • Manage the team & the day to day running of the department
  • Review client feedback
  • Oversee bookings to ensure itinerary and documentation correct
  • Ensure payments processed on time
  • Ensure any client issues are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Make sure all client information is up to date and loaded onto the system
  • Chasing balances
  • Preparing documentation
  • Order stationary
  • Deal with office maintenance

Requirements:  

  • Management experience
  • Being able to set and work efficiently to deadlines
  • Knowledge of itineraries and visas
  • Strong geographical knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Being able to plan for the future
  • Work on own initiative
  • Ability to deal with a range of clients
  • Excellent telephone manner
