To achieve this, we are looking for an exceptional leader, who exemplifies and will champion all that is good about Saga, demonstrating a strong record in nurturing change, innovation and profit growth within the travel and leisure environment.
You will have successfully operated at a senior management level with full P&L responsibility and be used to working in a matrix structure. You will bring a clear strategy, vision for a sustainable future and a keen eye for detail as well as providing the inspiration to the team as a very people-centred leader.

- Create, lead and deliver the growth strategy for Saga Holidays, ensuring a differentiated position in the market that is complementary to the overall strategy of the wider tour operating division
- Demonstrable track record of managing sustainable growth, whilst improving all financial performance indicators
- Possess natural and enthusiastic leadership skills, capable of developing a strong senior management team, with succession potential
- Passionate about customer service and can demonstrate examples of initiating change to enhance the customer experience and increase overall satisfaction levels
