As a Group, Saga is taking to the seas in our brand new, luxury cruise ships, leading the market with innovative insurance products, and creating thousands of unforgettable memories for our loyal holidaymakers who are at the heart of the Saga brand.
This is also an exciting time for Saga Holidays as we are looking to implement a transformational change agenda. To achieve this, we are looking for an exceptional leader, who exemplifies and will champion all that is good about Saga, demonstrating a strong record in nurturing change, innovation and profit growth within the travel and leisure environment.
You will have successfully operated at a senior management level with full P&L responsibility and be used to working in a matrix structure. You will bring a clear strategy, vision for a sustainable future and a keen eye for detail as well as providing the inspiration to the team as a very people-centred leader.

- Create, lead and deliver the growth strategy for Saga Holidays, ensuring a differentiated position in the market that is complementary to the overall strategy of the wider tour operating division
- Demonstrable track record of managing sustainable growth, whilst improving all financial performance indicators
- Possess natural and enthusiastic leadership skills, capable of developing a strong senior management team, with succession potential
- Passionate about customer service and can demonstrate examples of initiating change to enhance the customer experience and increase overall satisfaction levels
