Our client are front runners in the Incoming Travel Industry and are looking for an organised and passionate sales person to join their business as a Business Development Manager.

You will play a critical role in managing existing client relationships as well as sourcing new ones.


  • Pitching prospects on the company’s services
  • Work with current clients to keep them up to date with current and new services
  • Work alongside the purchasing and product teams to promote and distribute our client’s packages
  • Help prospective clients learn more about the company
  • Create leads and account plans
  • Regular travel throughout Europe will be required to various trade shows
  • Ad hoc office duties as and when required

  • Experienced and confident person who wants to succeed within a company who have a history of achieving high standards
  • Strategic thinker
  • Passion for learning
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales or business development with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Self-starter
  • Knowledge of how to identify customers
  • High level of communication and the ability to listen
  • A passion and knowledge of the inbound tourist industry with plenty of relevant contacts
  • Analytically minded
  • Creative
  • Fantastic level of interpersonal skills
  • Positive and flexible approach
  • Highly proficient in MS Office
  • Quick learner
  • Numerically strong
  • Knowledge of Tourplan Desirable
  • Additional European language Desirable
