REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - SOUTH
LUXURY TOUR OPERATOR
BRIGHTON, EXCELLENT £ + CAR

THE JOB
Reporting into Head of Sales, our client a luxury tour operator is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their, on the road sales team. The purpose of the role is to work closely with the trade, ensuring sales are maximised through B2B channels. Your day will consist of visiting travel agency and key accounts, to discuss how to increase sales for both parties. This will also involve offering product training, running incentives and generally being the go-to person for any product questions they may have.

Alongside the Head of Sales, you will manage the commercial negotiations, negotiating overrides, incentives, marketing contributions, and commission levels.

You will ideally come with some luxury travel experience, ideally working for a luxury tour operator in a similar role. You will have experience of hosting FAM trips and attending trade events and conferences, the Regional Sales Manager will be the face of the business with the trade.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*You will come with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role ideally within tour operating
*Excellent presentation skills
*Luxury travel experience
*Commercial acumen
*A full clean driving license
*Regular overseas travel
*Flexible working, with some overnight stays and weekend work
