This very unique and niche luxury travel company is seeking an accomplished, bright & entrepreneurial individual to lead the company's marketing journey. The ideal candidate will have a clear track record in marketing in luxury travel.

You will have a brilliant brain, be inventive and unorthodox. You will need to be ambitious, hard-working and have an engaging and generous personality. We seek creative and original thinkers - "Trumpeter Swans". Clarity of thought and focus are essential. You will need to be capable of big thinking conceptual thought and manage the day to day requirements of the role.

THE ROLE REQUIRES:
*3 -5 years of multidisciplinary marketing experience
*Experience of dealing with high and ultra-high net-worth individuals
*Client-side understanding of the marketing requirements of a niche luxury travel brand
*Understanding of analytics, SEO, PPC, CMS (Expression Engine) and best practice
*Entrepreneurial drive
*Constant creativity - an ability to generate ideas and inspire others to do so too
*Unconventional, conceptual thinker and problem solver
*Obsessive attention to detail and big picture thinking
*Someone who is hard working, who seeks excellence and continuous improvement
*An articulate individual with irreproachable written English and impeccable personal presentation
*A cultured reader, a thinker most likely with a liberal arts background
*Understanding our service and the features and benefits for our clients
*Computer skills, Word, Excel - and should know when to outsource skills
*Flexible enough to travel throughout UK and overseas to attend events

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

MARKETING
*Review and develop effective marketing strategy and communications plan
*Implement communications plan
*Monitor sales & marketing process according to agreed budgets and with appropriate reporting

PR, DIRECT MARKETING, ONLINE, SPONSORSHIP & EVENTS
*Be first point of contact with our global PR team, support press partners
*Liaise with Trip Planning staff to generate content for client communications and other direct marketing initiatives
*Review, develop and implement the company's online strategy
*Evaluate public & private event presence opportunities and where necessary implement

DESIGN & WEB
*Liaise with external design resources to produce marketing materials
*Work with external web and multimedia resources to update and keep website current and relevant

WRITING
*Produce or liaise with external writers to generate copy for marketing materials, events and presentations

BRAND DEVELOPMENT
*Monitor competitive activity and consistency of marketing initiatives with the established brand strategy, corporate style & tone of voice
*Contribute to new product development and brand extensions
