We have a brand new opportunity for those with experience of complaint handling within the Travel industry, to join an award-winning Cruise & Travel organisation based in Redditch (or Birmingham) as a Customer Relations Executive.

This is a challenging customer service role in which the core objective is to handle customer complaint cases, ensuring they are resolved quickly and efficiently, minimising the impact to our client's reputation and helping retain their customers.  Previous experience of customer service/customer relations/complaint handling with the travel sector is essential for the role, along with an empathetic and service orientated approach. Role of Customer Relations Executive:

  • Work to resolve customer complaint cases as they are received into the Customer Relations inbox
  • Acknowledge complaints received and ensure customers are kept up to date with progress, through to resolution
  • Process and thoroughly investigate all complaints received, which can often be detailed and complex
  • Liaise with the Sales team, other internal departments, Cruise Lines, package element suppliers, and external bodies
  • Provide the highest standard of written and verbal communication to customers
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all discussions and correspondence relating to complaint cases
  • Support Customer Relations Managers with other requests as necessary.
