A reputable and award-winning Adventure Travel company are looking for a Client Support Manager to join their amazing team. If you are an experienced travel professional with an eye for detail and like to ensure the team dot the I's and cross the t's then this role could be for you!

The Job:
As the Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Administration department including overseeing the staffing rota's.
The duties will include:
*Managing the admin team and the day to day running of the department.
*Review of client feedback and taking actions.
*Oversee all bookings to ensure itinerary and documentation are correct.
*Ensuring payments are made and processed on time.
*Ensuring any client issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
*Making sure all client information is up to date and loaded onto the system.
*Chasing balances.
*Preparing documentation.
*Ordering of stationary.
*Dealing with office maintenance requirements.
*Being the social organiser for company events etc.

Experience Required:
We are looking for a candidate with great people management skills either from a supervisory or team leading capacity within the travel industry.
You will have the ability to set and work towards deadlines.
You will possess a good knowledge of travel geography, itineraries and visas.
Extensive customer services experience and an excellent telephone manner.

The Package:
The Client Support Manager salary package will range from £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience. This will come with an excellent benefits package including travel discounts, 22 days holiday to start and Free Travel Insurance!

Other Information:
Working Monday to Friday on times between 9am & 6pm.
A Saturday rota is in operation but you will only be expected to work around 4 Saturdays per year !
