Senior Guest Relations Executive Role - Luxury Travel

Base salary to £35,000 depending on experience and benefits

Central London

My client is a leading luxury travel company whose clientele are high net worth individuals who require the very highest standards of customer service.

An opportunity is now available to join them as a Senior Guest Relations Executive.

Senior Guest Relations Executives must have previous experience managing and resolving customer service issues at a high level preferably within the travel or hospitality industries within the travel industry preferably within tour operations, airlines, cruise companies etc.

Candidates have must have excellent command of English language in terms of writing, grammar as well as an exceptional clear telephone manner with the ability to develop rapport with clients and resolve any issues before they escalate.

Good negotiation skills are also required for this role.

Senior Guest Relations Executive Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain database regarding nature of issues and concerns

Work with and support fellow staff as necessary to resolve issues

Work with company attorneys and serve as company’s additional official representative at legal mediations and court trials involving guest claims when necessary

Direct interaction and communication with all levels of management and internal staff

Analyse database on a quarterly basis to prepare status report for senior management as requested

Handle guest insurance claims

Resolve any customer issues the best of ability at all time following company guidelines and procedures

Senior Guest Relations Executive Experience Required:

Customer services experienced gained within the travel or hospitality industry dealing with high end clients

First class English language skills, both written and verbal, essential

Strong diplomatic skills (ability to listen, empathise and respond to guest and travel partner complaints)

Positive approach and enthusiasm

Ability to rise above complaint negativity to retain guest goodwill and loyalty

Experience of successfully managing difficult situations

Senior Guest Relations Executive Salary and Remuneration:

Base salary to £35,000 (depending on experience)322 days holiday
