HR Co-ordinator required by a Luxury Tour Operator. Up to 26K. Highly prestigious company with excellent high value travel benefits.

HR Co-ordinator Responsibilities :

  • Response to general HR queries, policies and procedures escalating as appropriate.
  • Updating employees' files and regular audits
  • Manage employee contracts, offer letters, referencing, etc.
  • Assist with hiring process and employee onboarding
  • Organisation of inductions for new starters.
  • Management of benefits in liaison with benefit providers such as pension, medical insurance, childcare vouchers, etc.
  • Ensure employee leaving process is followed
  • Supporting with annual appraisal process
  • Act as note taker at HR meetings


Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience as an HR coordinator / HR Assistant
  • Experience of working in a company with around 70-120 employees (preferably retail, hospitality, or travel).
  • Knowledge and experience of UK employment law, policies and their application in an SME.
  • IT literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Fully or partially CIPD-qualified, or, willing to study towards achieving CIPD qualification.
