Our client is a well established, award winning and dynamic tour operator that offer various travel services across the globe now seeking experienced homeworking Cruise Travel Consultants to join their friendly team. This well known tour operator offers luxury European and Worldwide cruises to the discerning clientele including tailormade travel and groups. Our client establishes a superior customer service experience, promoting customer retention and maintaining their ‘can do’ ethos within the company.
The exciting cruise travel consultant role entails a wide range of tasks, this includes:
- Creating bespoke cruise itineraries and packages to the discerning clientele
- Professionally handling inbound telephone and email enquiries
- Maximize all sales opportunities by offering port transfers, upgraded cabins and other related ancillary products.
- Offering advice and recommendations for cruises to customers
- Offering a cutting edge customer service
- Participating in cruise ship visits and FAM trips
We will be looking for the following skills:-
- A passion for cruise experience selling cruises working from home or from the office is essential
- Exceptional customer services skills with excellent knowledge of cruises
- Excellent telephone manner and listening skills with the ability to anticipate customers’ needs
