Base Salary £21,500 + Bonuses

My client is a leading luxury tour operator who specilaise in organizing weddings abroad

The Weddings Executive will be responsible for handling wedding enquires and making wedding bookings.

Each wedding booking will be managed both electronically and hard copy files, ensuring they are always updated and in order and keeping colleagues informed of changes.

Weddings Executive Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the setup and attending London Wedding shows
• Handling new wedding enquiries and planning sessions made in the Luxury Travel Store, on the telephone, by email and face to face.
• Ensuring wedding booking confirmations and documentation are received by customers and the wedding planning team. Chase late processing fees if documentation is delayed.
• Updating wedding and vow renewal confirmation letters as necessary and ensuring accuracy of wedding certificates received before being sent to customers
• Maintaining consistent follow up as required with existing Wedding bookings including wedding extras payments and Wedding documentation.

• Assisting clients with corrections or replacement certificate requests and liaising with resort wedding teams to completion of tasks

• Ensuring trade partners have accurate and current information at all times

Weddings Executive Experience Required

• Previous travel industry experience is required
• Strong organisational and time-management skills are required with the ability to work under pressure using initiative
• Excellent customer service skills
• A consistently high standard of attention to detail in all aspects of the role is essential

Weddings Executive Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary of £21.5K + Bonuses
• Monday to Friday
• Travel Concessions
• 22 days holidays
