THE JOB
As a Sales Manager for this luxury Tour Operator, you will be tasked managing the home working network of consultants. Leading and mentoring the team will be your responsibility ensuring conversion and revenue targets are being met. Offering support with complex itineraries and ensuring service levels are of the highest standard.

The position is a 15-month maternity cover and will be based in our clients' head office in Chester with some flexibility of homeworking.

You will come with a travel industry background; this is essential as well as team management experience. This opportunity may suit a homeworker looking to move into a Sales Manager position.
