You will play a key role in supporting the development of our Need a Cruise Product & other brands and be responsible for driving cruise bookings and increase business. The Cruise Product Manager will work alongside the Marketing Manager to ensure that all brands are promoted through a variety of online activities. Whilst there will be some responsibility for managing supplier relationships, focus will be on ensuring that the distribution and delivery of the product offering is consistent and competitive.

Be able to work under pressure.

Main duties:
*Maintaining consistent relationships with suppliers and CLIA.
*Monitor competitor activity and pricing against our own.
*Monitor sales for preferred and key partners to drive deals.
*Monitor and report on commercial agreements with preferred partners.
*Monitor and report on exclusive offer deals and incentives and marketing deals with suppliers.
*Investigate and report on the sourcing of alternative suppliers and direct contracts and new products.
*Manage the efficient running of all products within the cruise department.
*Attend supplier meetings as required and to prepare agendas and circulate minutes for meetings attended. Liaise with the Training Manager to organise training requirements.
*Provide offer and supplier updates to the sales departments 3 times a week.
*Provide all cruise deals including weekly offers for marketing and liaise with Marketing/Aviation Departments.
*Follow up with suppliers on day to day supplier related issues.
*Follow up on supplier related complaints.
*Attend industry events on behalf of the company.
*Commercial reporting for month end and YTD sales by product, and by customer type.
*Report on sales results from incentive activities, internally and externally.
*Monitor websites and e-shots for accuracy and relevance
*Co-ordinating the cruise content for marketing campaigns with sales activities
*Work closely with the Marketing Manager to design new product launches
*To maintain relationships with Sales Managers, communicating all promotional activity to them and soliciting feedback from accounts

£30,000 - plus! Depending on experience plus bonus and fantastic company benefits!
