Events Sales Executive required for an established travel firm based in Central London. Our client is seeking an innovative and organised Sales Executive to join their Conference and Events team in London. The successful candidate will have recent experience in a sales role; and will be rewarded with a competitive salary and excellent career progression opportunities.

Events Sales Executive responsibilities:

  • Maintain a full understanding of current and upcoming events, enabling confident communication with relevant stakeholders when selling
  • Actively researching and contacting potential delegates to maximise knowledge and attendance of conferences and events
  • Keeping in contact with current membership to ensure for awareness of all events
  • Collating data and feedback from events to improve future performance
  • Work closely with the events marketing team and other relevant departments
  • Regular attendance at events
  • Management of a range of key accounts to guarantee that all necessary contact and advertising is reaching the correct associates



Events Sales Executive requirements:

  • 2 years working in a professional office environment
  • 1 year of that working in a sales position, or one where target driven
  • Commercially savvy
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A strong University degree
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email
  • Experience within the travel or events industries
  • Outstanding organisational skills as workload management will be key
