Fluent Spanish Speaking Reservations/Sales Consultants - Luxury Travel Company
£ Base Salary to £25,000 depending on experience+ Bonus
Central London Based
My client is who is an upmarket travel company, is seeking customer service focused reservations consultants who have the experience of dealing with top end discerning clients.
The role involves dealing with travel industry partners
Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and have exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail whilst working under pressure.
As a Spanish Speaking Reservations Consultant, your duties will include:
Booking cruise holidays and related air and land based products with ttravel trade partners based in Spanish speaking countries
Checking availability
Making new and amending existing reservations
Dealing with any pre departure or post holiday queries
Processing guest information and special requests
Spanish Speaking Reservations Consultant Skills and Attributes:
Previous sales/reservations experience dealing with top end clients both in either the travel or hospitality industries
Polite and professional telephone manner
Good Customer Services skills
Spanish Speaking Reservations Consultants Remuneration Package:
£25,000 basic salary + Bonus
35 hours week
Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings time off in lieu
22 Days Holiday + 8 bank holidays
Free annual holiday
