THE JOB
Have you always wanted to work in travel? If so and you have good Excel skills, then you will want to apply for this Operations Administrator role working for a highly successful travel company in Burton-on-Trent. In this exciting and varied role, you'll work on a rotating shift basis, covering a combination of early, standard and late shifts (shifts are between the opening hours of 07.00 and latest finish is 19.00), and will have logistical responsibility for a defined group of cruises. Using your first-class communication skills, you'll build strong business relationships with cruise directors and concierge, booking excursions, responding to queries and working with them to gain feedback and improve the overall customer experience. With your strong Excel skills, you'll maintain accurate cruise and guide records, check itineraries, ensure payments are processed on time and prepare maps and guides for all destinations. You'll also provide out of hours support on an ad hoc basis.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
* Must have strong Microsoft Excel experience for this role
* Excellent administration and customer service skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload in a demanding environment
* Self-motivated
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work a combination of shifts from 7pm - 7pm (37.5 hours per week) and
provide occasional out of hours support (shift rota is provided 3 months in
advance)
