Sales Team Leader

We are looking for passionate person to join our amazing Contact Centre team as one of our Sales Team Leaders. We are looking for someone who can lead and motivate their team by reinforcing winning behaviours to drive revenue, customer retention, engagement and results that deliver on our goals. You will inspire others to deliver a tailored experience through expert market and industry knowledge and passion in an ever-changing environment. You will be responsible for delivering and executing on strategies and initiatives that promote brand preference, builds customer loyalty, profitability and operational effectiveness.

You will become part of a team who care about what our customers think, and who can support our Holiday Advisors to bring our fantastic holidays to life… someone who really values what it means to go on a holiday of a lifetime…someone who understands that the customer is at the heart of everything we do. What you need

Essential:
*Minimum of 18 months sales/service experience
*Experience in a team leader/management role
*Decision making at management level
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Commercial acumen
*Data and spelling accuracy
*Good level of geographical knowledge
*Ability to motivate and inspire

*Active listening, appropriate conversation pace, problem identification, judgment and resolution

We are offering 2 full-times permanent and a 12 month maternity cover role working 37.5 hours per week on different shift patterns during the opening hours of the department.

The opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm.
