Assistant Manager
This is a fantastic role working as an Assistant Manager for a well known Travel based in Gillingham (Dorset). They are looking for someone who with a background in travel and with some management experience to join their lovely team.

Assistant Manager, Responsibilities:

• Providing clients with face to face and over the phone with European and Worldwide packages
• Help to train new members of the team and help the team hit their targets
• Deliver high levels of customer service
• Meeting sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis
• Use great product knowledge to fulfil all of customers needs and budgets

Assistant Manager Skills Required:

• Travel sales experience is essential
• Previous assistant manager/ supervisor experience is required
• Proven sales experience with a profit focused track record
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent worldwide destination knowledge

Additional Information:

• Based in Gillingham, Dorset
• Paying approx £19K
