Job Details
The Job:
The role is a selling role, and we sell through service. Our agents have monthly sales targets and will manage the customers journey from enquiry right through to when the customers return from their trip. Therefore will act as their customers concierge during their experience. All of our itineraries are completely tailor-made using Galileo and Travelbox (nothing is packaged together already).
You will sell worldwide whether they have been to the destination or not - and for extra support we have teams at head office that support out retail staff with complex itineraries.
What we are looking for:
We Are looking for candidates who want a long term career, and they must have the following:
⦁ Well-travelled to long haul destinations (travel portfolio required at time of application). Just European knowledge will really struggle with this role
⦁ Bubbly & confident characters that are not afraid to start conversations
⦁ Previous company loyalty
⦁ Sales target driven
⦁ Team players - likes to be a part of the team, not just focusing on their own sales targets
⦁ Exceptional customer service experience
The Package:
Our client is offering a very competitive salary of a base of £22,000 plus uncapped commission - The OTE in the first year is currently £29,000.
