THE JOB
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global luxury travel brand using your luxury travel specialist expertise. Within this role you'll provide first-class customer service to valued clients, booking high-end hotel stays and building worldwide travel itineraries including accommodation, flights, experiences, and transfers over the phone and by email. You'll be motivated to exceed sales targets and have the initiative to proactively reach out to new leads and existing clients to drive growth.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*A proven background in arranging luxury travel working within the travel industry
*Extensive worldwide travel knowledge, with specific expertise on at least one international leisure destination
*A proven history of generating sales with the ability to build and maintain a portfolio of valued clients
*A professional and personable telephone manner, accustomed to handling high-end clientele
*Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise your workload accordingly
*Flexibility to travel both locally and internationally
*PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS ON A FIXED WORKING PATTERN OF 5 DAYS EVERY WEEK WORKING SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY ON A SHIFT PATTERN BETWEEN 7AM-7PM (SHIFTS WOULD BE 7AM-3:30PM, 8AM-4:30PM, 9AM-5:30PM & 10AM-7PM). GUARANTEED DAYS OFF THURSDAY AND FRIDAY. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT COMMIT TO THIS FIXED WORKING PATTERN
