Fares Desk Manager

Our client is a Business Travel Management Company, who are looking for an experienced Fares Desk Manager to join their friendly and professional team. They are looking for someone who is strategically minded and who can lead and develop the team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of NDC & ADM’s
  • Responsible for processing all refunds and exchanges
  • Run monthly reports
  • Process open tickets refunds
  • Fare loading

Skills Required:

  • Understanding of fare constructions
  • Ability to calculate fares for refunds and re-issues
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Galileo essential with Amadeus and Sabre desirable
  • Someone who is organised, accurate and able to maximise business opportunities
