Job Details
Our client is looking for an experienced travel consultant to join their cruise team.
The role is fast paced and, diverse and best suited to someone with a passion for travel and whom love to provide exceptional experiences for holidaymakers.
Responsibilities
- Creating unique experiences and cruise packages
- Confidently communicating with potential clients, building a rapport, following up on potential leads
- Liaising with clients face to face, via live chat, social medial and phone
- Offer outstanding customer service
- Meeting sales targets
Skills
- Must have a real passion for everything travel and be passionate about customer service
- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of clients
- Be able to adapt quickly and build a rapport
- Be confident with a drive to succeed
- Love to learn – able to stay on top of ever-changing travel trends
