After Sales Agent, German Speaking- Key Duties:
- Dealing with customers over the phone and via email
- Dispatching customers ticket packages and itineraries
- Ensuring all complaints, payments, returns and cancellations are dealt with in a timely manner
- Handling administration duties
- Provide outstanding customer service

After Sales Agent Skills Required:
- Previous experience within the travel industry is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of word and excel is essential
- Worldwide destination knowledge would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Orlando is a distinct advantage
