Job Details
Job Description:
Your core responsibility will be to efficiently quote Group enquiries and to make consequent bookings and reservations for hotels and other ancillary service.
Duties:
*To undertake client reservations in an efficient and customer focused manner
*To ensure agreed response times to clients are met and all reservations undertaken are accurate
*To build and maintain strong relationships with clients under your care
*To deliver first class customer service to our clients
*Ensuring all procedures are adhered to and as directed by your line manager
*To make hotel and other service reservations, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
*To undertake any other administrative tasks as assigned by your manager
Experience Required:
*Fluency in English and French is essential
*A good knowledge of the inbound tourism industry products is essential
*Some experience of handling VIP and/or luxury accounts is desirable
*Experience using Tourplan is desirable but not essential
*Travel & Tourism degree or relevant travel industry experience preferable
*Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
*Excellent customer care and communication skills
*Team player able to work in a busy environment
