Operations & Customer Service Executive
This music travel focused business have recently opened a new office in Crawley and have an exciting opportunity for an Operations and Customer Service Executive to join their growing team. This is a varied role and would suit someone with previous office based customer service or operations experience within the travel industry.

Operations and Customer Service Executive - Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support Operations Manager with customer communications during pre & post sale.
  • Building packaged events on the booking system.
  • Answering calls, emails, live chat and social media enquiries regarding existing bookings.
  • Sending reminders and processing balance payments.
  • Quality checking reservations made.
  • Collecting and analysing customer feedback on website experience and post booking.
  • Data entry of new contracts and allocations into system.
  • Sending of accurate rooming lists and provide relevant data to Operations Manager.
  • Adhoc tasks and support to Operations Manager and Director

Operations and Customer Service Executive, Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or operational office based environment.
  • Previous travel industry experience preferred.
  • Computer literate with regards to online social media trends.
  • Excellent MS Excel & Word proficiency.
  • Experience using booking systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Passion for music & travel

Operations & Customer Service Executive - Additional Information:

  • Salary according to experience but circa £18k to £20k
  • Monday to Friday - 9 to 5.30
  • Benefits include opportunity to travel and experience music festivals / concerts!
  • Central office, close to train station.
