My client is a luxury high end river cruise company based in Surrey.

There product offering is focused on deliveriing an unforgettable river crusing experience within Europe, Asia and Africa.

Due to expansion, they are now looking to recruit a River Cruise Consulat to join their reservations and customer services team.

Candidates for this role must have a good phone manner with exceptional customer service experience gained within the travel industry.

River Cruise Consultant Responsibilities Include:

Answer all telephone calls promptly and courteously

Deal with enquiries professionally and efficiently

Ensure that the full booking process is adhered to including sending step letters and making concierge calls

Add and quote air to match the cruise itinerary

Keep files, booking and client records fully up to date, ensure payments made, documentation passed on and so forth in a timely manner

Chase options and balance payments

Attend and host ship visits

Attend and host client/agent functions

Develop personal relationships with clients/suppliers

River Cruise Consultant Experience Required

Previous Reservations/customer service experience within the travel industry

Professional telephone manner

Attention to Detail

Good organisational and administration skills

River Cruise Consultant Salary and Benefits

Base salary to £25,000 + Bonus depending on experience

20 days holidays + 8 bank holidays

PMI, critical illness, life assurance

Annual free cruise benefit
