Are you looking to work for a well-established travel company based in the Birmingham area that expects continued growth and success The position of Travel Call Centre Manager is for a candidate who is looking to take on a new challenge and must have previous management experience gained from a travel call centre environment.

Job Description:
*Responsible for the daily running and management of the call centre.
*Ensuring that monthly revenue, commission and land targets are met.
*Calls are answered and dealt with quickly and service levels are maintained.
*Coordinate and motivate the reservations team.
*Arranging with airlines & suppliers any training required and ensuring staff are trained on all in house products and systems
*Appraisals & Monthly staff reviews and running all the reports to complete the reviews, including call stats, admin errors & losses.
*Improving performance by raising efficiency

Experience Required:
Previous call centre experience at Manager or Supervisor level. Must have excellent communications and organisational skills along with GDS experience, preferably Amadeus.
