Job Details
My client is a leading Tour Operator who are looking for a Receptionist / Assistant to the Director. This is a very busy and varied role. My client are offering this great opportunity to work for a fantastic company!
My client offer a great salary as well as fantastic Travel and company benefits. You will work within either the reception area or as an assistant to the director. This also could be a dual role where both positions would be one.
This position is Monday to Friday, office hours with free parking!!
Duties:
Taking calls from clients and customers
Making sure calls are directed to the correct department.
Taking messages and making sure they are given to the correct person/department.
Well-coming guests into the business, seating them into the guest area and making sure they are comfortable
Managing emails and the company diary.
Arranging meeting within the business
Helping to arrange meeting and events outside of the business.
Making sure the reception area looks presentable at all times.
To have all customers and clients log into the company log book for attendance.
An assistant to the director will also:
Help arrange travel arrangements for the director and other staff.
Arranging and keeping up to date with the directors diary
Booking meetings and events
Looking after emails and calls
All other office duties.
Salary:
A fantastic salary of £18,000 plus depending on experience plus fantastic travel and company benefits.
