Presentation
Our client is looking for a travel consultant with knowledge of ski destinations along with the ability to tailor make holidays to worldwide destinations. Based in SW London this reputable company are looking for the right person to start as soon as possible in this full-time permanent position.
Operational missions
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Maximize both direct and indirect sales, through an optimisation of his/her own performance in accordance to his/her objectives (budget)
Ensure the highest level of customer service
Contribute to the overall team productivity and sales development
Profile
Job experience: At least one year of Call Centre sales with Ski knowledge/specialist, long haul specialist, travel experience.
Fluent in English
Valid visa to work in UK.
Amazing communication skills (especially over the phone) and customer care skills
Clear and friendly telephone voice
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Self-motivated individual, persistent and demanding, open-minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit and will to be part of a team
Skills needed for the job
Knowledge: A range of services and products, B2B and/or B2C sales conditions, sales processes, Group & NMEA Sales policy
Skills: Client oriented, argumentative skills
Technical skills (tools): Computer skills, NA, outlook, word
Training sessions will be organised regularly to keep you up to date with our tools and processes
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00/year + Commissions
