Our client is a long established and forward thinking luxury travel company that offers an array of destinations across the globe including the Caribbean, Indian-Sub Continent, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Indian Ocean, Australia, USA and Asia.
Due to remarkable growth, they are now seeking a Senior Product Executive to join its busy and friendly team. This exciting position is ideal for a luxury tailor-made travel consultant, with strong worldwide travel knowledge or an experienced Product Executive, seeking career progression.
As a Travel Product Executive you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
- Supporting the Product Managers in the functioning of their product needs and maintaining relationships with key hotel and airline partners.
- Collecting data around benchmarking and helping our client gain a better position in the market.
- Negotiating hotel rates, allocations and favourable conditions. Ensuring that all contracts are received and contract conditions are met
- Co-ordinate and sub-manage the websites with up to date content and information on the products being sold
- Follow through on offers and help monitor incentive contracts with suppliers
Essential Requirements:
- Tour operator experience within sales or product is a must
- Worldwide product knowledge
- Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills
