Flight Desk Administrator
To £21,500 plus Bonus and benefits

My client is a luxury travel company who specialise in bespoke escorted tours to worldwide destinations.
The company is a recognised market leading Travel Company within the UK who has won an accolade of travel awards for their excellence.
They are now recruiting for a Flights Desk Administrator who is responsible for all aspects of the flight's services for customers, checking flights and Queues, booking flights and ticketing whilst showing a strong understanding of customer service and a high level of attention to detail.
Flight Desk Administrator Job Responsibilities:
- Proving a high level of attention to detail and professional and friendly attitude to customer services.
- Providing accurate and thorough information in a timely manner.
- Consistently looking for opportunity to enhance the customer journey ensuring that the options to clients
Flight Desk Administrator Experience Required:
- Previous travel industry experience (Preferable but not essential)
- A Positive and enthusiastic approach
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in a telephone sales/customer service environment
- Excellent written and oral communication competency
- High quality attention to detail
Flight Desk Administrator Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary to £25,000 + Bonuses
- 28 days annual leave
- Pension
- Travel Concessions
