Flight Desk Administrator

To £21,500 plus Bonus and benefits


My client is a luxury travel company who specialise in bespoke escorted tours to worldwide destinations.

The company is a recognised market leading Travel Company within the UK who has won an accolade of travel awards for their excellence.

They are now recruiting for a Flights Desk Administrator who is responsible for all aspects of the flight's services for customers, checking flights and Queues, booking flights and ticketing whilst showing a strong understanding of customer service and a high level of attention to detail.

Flight Desk Administrator Job Responsibilities:

  • Proving a high level of attention to detail and professional and friendly attitude to customer services.
  • Providing accurate and thorough information in a timely manner.
  • Consistently looking for opportunity to enhance the customer journey ensuring that the options to clients

Flight Desk Administrator Experience Required:

  • Previous travel industry experience (Preferable but not essential)
  • A Positive and enthusiastic approach
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in a telephone sales/customer service environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication competency
  • High quality attention to detail

Flight Desk Administrator Salary and Benefits:

  • Base salary to £25,000 + Bonuses
  • 28 days annual leave
  • Pension
  • Travel Concessions
