We have a fabulous opportunity for those with experience of booking Hotel and/or Rail travel, as we recruit for a brand new role with a leading Travel Management Company based in Bradford. Joining our client at a Hotel & Rail Consultant, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling Hotel & Rail bookings and amendments, whilst offering excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.
Previous experience gained within a similar role hotel or rail role is essential for the position, along with excellent customer service skills and in return our client can offer a highly competitive salary & excellent benefits, along with the opportunity to develop your career with a global Business Travel Agency. Role of Hotel & Rail Consultant:
- Responding to customer requests via email and telephone
- Modifying/creating new hotel bookings via GDS and online tools
- Creating new rail bookings via online tools
- Modifying/creating car hire bookings via GDS and online tools
- Assistance with ferry or car transfers
Skills required for the role:
- Previous experience in a similar Hotel or Rail Consultant role would be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to deliver high levels of customer service
- Strong geographical knowledge
- Excellent problem solving skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Flexibility
