Our client is an award winning, forward thinking and dynamic elite tour operator that offer inspirational journeys throughout the world for travellers. Due to success and expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Consultants to join their friendly and busy team.
This is a great opportunity for a tailormade travel consultant seeking career progression seeking something a little different in which you will be rewarded for your hard work.
Your career begins here! Each day will not be the same:
- Creating inspiring itineraries across the globe including Indochina, South East Asia, South or North Africa, Sri Lanka, Middle East, Latin America and Canada.
- Manage customer service levels in the run-up to departure, including offering additional services such a parking and the pre booking of spa treatments and dinner reservations and when the client has returned.
- Managing relationships with suppliers and clients
- Communicating with clients via email, phone, and in meetings in the office in which leads are generated by the website, telephone calls, repeat bookings, and referrals.
- Drawing on your own product knowledge and experiences to offer clients the best possible advice.
- Participating in FAM trips to increase product knowledge.
Essential Experience
- Indochina, SE Asia, South or North Africa, Sri Lanka, Middle East, Latin America or Canada product knowledge.
- Experience working for a travel agency or tour operator is essential.
- Be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
