Assistant Homeworking Team Leader

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Team Leader to join us at our central Birmingham offices.

As the Assistant Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

·         Supporting Sales Managers in administration tasks where required.

·         Provide guidance and support to new and existing homeworking travel agents.

·         Assist managers in mentoring new and existing homeworking travel agents to enable them build a successful business.

·         Prepare necessary training and induction materials.

·         Assist managers in carrying out additional training to new and existing homeworking travel agents.

·         Carry out monthly performance reviews.

·         Carry emergency mobile phone as and when needed.

The successful candidate must possess to following skills:

·         Exceptional attention to detail.

·         Excellent administration skills.

·         Highly organised and a capable communicator.

·         A very strong work ethic and a desire to go “above and beyond”.

·         Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

·         At least 5 years’ experience within Travel Sales environment.

·         Flexible to work adjusted hours where necessary.

·         Be a team player.  

Additional details:

·         Salary: Up to £18 K Pro Rata depending on experience.

·         Part time permanent role.

·         Location: Birmingham (St Paul’s Square) – B3 1RD postcode

·         Hours: flexible Mon-Friday

·         Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays (increasing with service).
