French Speaking -Sales Consultant - Travel £22k to £24k plus bonus
This is an opportunity for French speakers with proven sales experience & a passion for travel to join this hugely successful Worldwide volunteering company in their brand new European sales team based in Brighton. As a French Speaking Sales Consultant you will be assisting French customers with selecting the best volunteering project for them, be that in Asia, Africa or South America.

French Speaking - Sales Consultant - Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop rapport and relationship with prospective customers to advise on projects based on their requirements.
• Respond to incoming enquiries by phone, email and live chat in a friendly, customer focused professional manner.
• Be pro-active in following up with customers by phone and email.
• Attend regular training sessions to keep informed of new programmes and project developments.
• Participate in occasional familiarisation trips to new or current destinations.

French Speaking - Sales Consultant - Skills & Experience Required:

• French native speaker (or to degree level), with fluent English.
• Based in the UK with easy accessibility to Brighton.
• Sales experience.
• Experience of travelling to longhaul destinations or living / working abroad in a longhaul destination.
• Customer focused with a professional telephone manner and strong written skills.
• Ability to build a rapport with people at all levels.
• Highly motivated with a passion for travel.

French Speaking - Sales Consultant - Additional Information:

• £22k to £24k dependent on experience plus bonus.
• Working hours 8 to 4.30 or 9.530 with occasional Saturdays.
