Head of Financial Services

Head of Financial Services - Travel Industry - Central London. A fantastic oppourtunity for an ACCA/CIMA qualified individual with strong commercial skills to lead a small team of three who provide specialist insurance broking to the travel industry including travel bonds and risk management products as well as more general insurance requirement.

Head of Financial Services Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the general management of the insurances and financial services division of this business, marketing products to partners in the travel industry, creating and delivering business development initiatives to generate more clients for the business. You will engage with the businesses brokerage arm for general insurance products to be placed on the open market, maintaining accurate and compliant broking records.

Head of Financial Services Skills Required

• CIMA, ACCA (or eqiuivelant) qualified due to the regulatory aspect of the role/business
• Knowledge of travel industry regulations and bonding (ABTA/IATA/ATOL)
• Experience of lead generation, developing business and some awareness of marketing
• Experience leading teams
• Commercially astute
• Knowledge of the insurance sector, insurance broking and CII/CA qualifications would be an advantage but not essential
