CREDIT CONTROL ASSISTANT - FRENCH SPEAKER

Credit Control Assistant, French Speaker: Required for this leading group travel company based in South Essex. This is a fantastic role for an enthusiastic French speaker who wants to get into finance. Paying between up to £20K plus benefits, Mon-Fri working hours.

Credit Control Assistant, French Speaker: Responsibilities:
- Ensure all bookings are paid on time
- Communicate to retail and direct bookings effectively in both English and French
- Effectively dealing with all payment queries from agents and direct French and English passengers
- General adhoc accounts work within the department

Credit Control Assistant, French Speaker - Skills Required:
- Fluent in both English and French
- Ability to work to deadlines in a time pressured environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of Sage will also be an advantage
- Experience within the travel industry or an accounts team would be advantageous
- Strong customer service skills and an aptitude for maths
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

- Based South Essex
