Sales Support Executive Required by successful Tour Operator. You will provide support to the sales team. 28K-30K

Sales Support Executive Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to both travel agents and internal Sales team
  • Management the sales & budget, recording the spend, sending invoices, tracking spend
  • Management the Agency Sales Inbox
  • Brochure distribution
  • Preparation of commercial terms of business with agents
  • Organisation of meetings
  • Work with marketing team to help in the implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Keeping the travel agents abreast of news, deals, campaigns
  • Reporting on sales activity, revenue and ROI (weekly and monthly)
  • Stand in for Account Managers on client visits and also develop own accounts
  • Organise Events and product training days
  • Attend Roadshows, conferences, events


Sales Support Executive Experience and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Good IT skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power point and ideally Sales force)
  • Administrative/Support experience form the Travel Industry - Essential


Sales Support Executive Additional Information:

  • 28K-30K
