Sales Support Executive Required by successful Tour Operator. You will provide support to the sales team. 28K-30K
Sales Support Executive Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to both travel agents and internal Sales team
- Management the sales & budget, recording the spend, sending invoices, tracking spend
- Management the Agency Sales Inbox
- Brochure distribution
- Preparation of commercial terms of business with agents
- Organisation of meetings
- Work with marketing team to help in the implementation of marketing campaigns
- Keeping the travel agents abreast of news, deals, campaigns
- Reporting on sales activity, revenue and ROI (weekly and monthly)
- Stand in for Account Managers on client visits and also develop own accounts
- Organise Events and product training days
- Attend Roadshows, conferences, events
Sales Support Executive Experience and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised
- Good IT skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power point and ideally Sales force)
- Administrative/Support experience form the Travel Industry - Essential
Sales Support Executive Additional Information:
- 28K-30K
