The role of Online Implementation Specialist is an ideal opportunity for someone with knowledge of supporting online booking tools to move into Implementation or to build on their experience in implementing clients. The more exposure you gain now, the better placed you will be for career progression as we look to expand rapidly over the next 3-5 years.

As one of two in the Implementation team, working alongside two Support Specialists, you’ll project manage the set-up of online booking tools for new and existing clients. This will include providing client and staff training, escalating and managing support with suppliers, and testing new configurations and tools. You will also occasionally assist with ad hoc projects and provide cover on day-to-day support issues.

You should have experience of Cytric, Concur or, possibly, GetThere. This could have been gained in technical support (with a clear understanding of the implementation side), in an implementation role within the business travel/travel management sector, or even from the system provider perspective. Like everyone else here, you’re not just enthusiastic and committed, you’re creative too. You want to do things differently: better.
