French & Arabic Speaking Customer Service Executive
Our client is looking for passionate, resourceful and motivated individuals, with excellent customer service skills.
They are a global lifestyle management company, providing high end concierge services. They provide their members with access to the best in travel, live entertainment, dining and retail services.
Your role will involve fulfilling these requests from the client’s VIP and UHNW clients.
Responsibilities:
- Once initial contact with the member is made, you will need to establish a brief from the member, outlining their requirements and the timescale the request needs to be completed in
- Liaise with members, suppliers and your colleagues to deliver the best possible service to requests
- Should a request not fit with the company’s current supplier list, you will be required to conduct the necessary research to fulfil accordingly
- Ensure the needs of the member are met in a professional and timely manner
- Build a good rapport and strong relationships with the members
- Cross sell other services the business has to offer
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic
- Motivated
- Team player
- Enjoy a challenge
- Experience in meeting and exceeding targets
- Passionate about delivering high quality service
- Have excellent research skills
- Ability to use your initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of the members
