Travel Customer Resolution Executive, £23k


Fantastic travel firm based in West London are seeking a professional, well-travelled, forward-thinking customer resolution executive. This role will require someone who has excellent time management skills, is a strong communicator and a proven track record in case management. In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.



Customer Service Executive responsibilities:

  • Being a natural problem solver you will be constantly looking for solutions to support your customers when they have experienced changes to their flights, hotel or transfers
  • Working through booking query reports and fixing booking issues both internally and with suppliers to stop any issues pre-travel or in-resort.
  • Communicating openly with customers and suppliers to ensure the fairest resolution is reached
  • Sourcing solutions for customers directly where the suppliers are unable to do so.
  • Examining booking issues upon the customers return
  • Updating systems with relevant notes on case development
  • End to end case management to give a consistent service


Customer Service Executive requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Natural rapport building ability, both with customers and suppliers
  • Social, upbeat and positive working mindset
  • Fluency in a second language is desirable
