Job Details

Are you a successful Senior Project Manager who has managed and delivered a range of multiple projects? Do you have excellent communication skills to maintain client and supplier relationships? A leading events business based in Leatherhead Surrey require a Senior Project Events Manager to join an expanding team. I am specifically looking for candidates who have Senior Project Management experience of working with Pharmaceutical clients and have Congress management experience.

SENIOR PROJECT AND EVENT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Subject matter expert for client accounts
* Share client knowledge with the team to enhance the client experience
* Manage and deliver multiple projects from the sourcing and proposal stages
* Deliver events on time, within budget, that meet expectations
* Website creation and development where required
* Data management
* Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project
* Communicate, maintain and develop client relationships
* Manage supplier relationships
* Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to your project team
* Travel to onsite inspections and project manage events onsite
* Track negotiations throughout the project life
* Responsible for budget management throughout the lifetime of each event
* Ensure the project is complete post event for the Finance team
* Manage and submit expenses and credit card reconciliations
* Attend monthly Operations meetings at Head Office
* Attend training where required at Head Office
* Attend client and supplier meetings where required
* Regular communication with the Clients

SENIOR PROJECT AND EVENT MANAGER EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
* Experience in a project management role
* Pharmaceutical client and Congress management experience is vital for this role to be able to "hit the ground running"
* A proven background in delivering successful digital project management initiatives, meeting creative, budget and client timelines
* Ability to manage changing business and technical requirements in a fast pace environment
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel using Mac and PC
* Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communications skills
* Strong background in development of both team and client relationships

THE PACKAGE:
