Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Operations Quality Control Assistant to join a successful tour operator due to remarkable growth. This long-established and dynamic travel company offer a range of high-quality tailor-made travel, tours and packages for their customers the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
This exciting operations opportunity is ideal for an operations or administration travel professional seeking career progression and something a little different.
Duties include:
- Check all bookings made by the sales teams are to ensure they have been booked correctly
- Plan and organise daily workload to be actioned in priority order
- Liaise with Quality Control Co-ordinator to advise of errors
Requirements:
- Experience in the travel industry for a retail travel agency, tour operator or airline
- Trained to a high IT standard including Word and Excel experience
- Good verbal and written communication
- Work well in a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience using an Airline Reservation system (Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus) is ideal but not essential
