Job Details
Our client are an award winning Tour Operator, who specialise in bespoke trips to long haul destinations such as the US and the Caribbean, including multi centre, fly drive and fly cruise holidays.
They’re now looking for Homebased Travel Sales professionals to join them, whose role it will be to offer expert advice and product knowledge, working with travel agents to create tailormade holiday packages.
For the successful candidates, these roles offer a competitive basic salary of £20k, excellent earning potential (with an OTE of £40k in year two) and fantastic travel industry benefits. ***Please note that there will be an initial 2-4 weeks training in our client’s office based in Essex***
Our client can offer:
- A competitive starting salary of £20,000
- Generous, uncapped commission
- First year OTE of £30k, rising to £40k in your second year
- 28 days paid holiday (incl. Bank holidays) increasing with service
- Ongoing training and development

- NO late nights or Sunday working!
We’re looking for:
- Previous, recent travel sales experience
- Long haul destination and product knowledge
- Strong customer service skills
- Confident, friendly and professional telephone manner
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Ideally, personally well-travelled
- Experience with a GDS and/or scheduled airlines would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
- A spare room or home office in which to work from
