Your main responsibilities

  • Support RDSM to create a first-class sales team for the trade in UK and Scandinavia
  • Assist in the delivery of the UK’s sales and marketing objectives 
  • Assist with the growth in revenues with a clear focus on the Suite Collections and support strategy to increase ADR from the market
  • Develop and manage a compelling and innovative B2B portal and on-line training modules for Sani/Ikos Group
  • Support and manage a joint marketing fund and agree joint promotions and advertising ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deliver required ROI
  • Manage effectively all accounts via CRM ensuring effective management of accounts and inputting key ADP’s (Account Development Plans)
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by constantly monitoring account performance and increasing market share 
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships and industry partners 
  • Ensure communication channels with the Sales and Marketing departments at Head Office in Greece
  • Work closely Marketing in Head Office Greece to deliver trade sales and marketing activities
  • Work with BDSM’s to plan, organize and host client events, familiarization trips, trade and consumer shows, and internal clients/ hotels’ sales calls ensuring brand standards are adhered to by the team. 
  • Work with the BDSM’s to create specific pieces for co-op travel agent marketing and supply all appropriate collateral and point of sale for all events and shows
  • Create collateral using Head Office resources to support the Top 100 travel agents club and supply all trade on-line advertising 
  • Identify and profile new market opportunities and activations for the trade identifying appropriate corporate clients who can book through identified agents 
  • Maintain a high level of competition product knowledge, market intelligence and pricing to make recommendations for strategic or tactical amendments to rates 


Your main qualifications/skills

  • 6-10 years of working experience in Travel or Hospitality industry
  • University degree in Business Administration or Marketing would be a plus
  • Experience in managing teams
  • Project management and creativity record
  • Stakeholder management with strong communication skills 
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills
  • Εxcellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 
  • Accountability and responsibility
