We are looking for an experienced Sales and Reservations Manager to manage the smooth operation of reservations, ensuring sales and yields are maximized by forecasting and monitoring current sales budgets, executing the plans set out by the Sales & Marketing Manager, providing high-quality training to the reservations team with detailed Standard Operating Procedures and thorough database management.

5-Star management level experience is preferred. Applicants with 4-star experience will also be considered.

Required Skills

  • Able to manage and train a small team
  • Knowledge of a PMS, Rexlynx, Saba, Synxis systems
  • Understanding of travel agents commission schemes
  • Understanding of rate plans and forecasting
  • Proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding sales targets

Salary is dependant on experience with an attractive bonus scheme

The position is full time, with 28 days paid holiday.
