Breakfast Chef and Chef De Partie
You should have proven experience in a similar background and the ability to recreate recipes to the required standard within a specified time frame. Maintain mise en place, check freshness of food and follow stock rotation instructions.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to remain calm, have excellent time management abilities, be able to work alone (breakfast chef) and have up to date knowledge of cooking techniques, together with NVQ3 qualification.
Kitchen is fully compliant with COVID-19 legislation.
