Jet2holidays is the UK's 2nd largest Tour Operator, providing ATOL licensed Package Holidays to destinations in the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands and to European Leisure Cities with scheduled leisure flights by our award-winning airline Jet2.com.

Reporting to the General Manager - Overseas, the Regional Manager will work as part of the Jet2holidays Overseas Management Team and be responsible for the planning, strategy, performance and service delivery of Jet2holidays across Tenerife, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura.

You will have a significant input into the forecasting, planning and adherence to your operational budget and resourcing strategy, ensuring we have the flexibility and agility to respond to internal and external impacts and influences which may occur in your region. You will also manage the relationship with our third party agents in line with our agreed industry leading service levels and ensure that Company policies, procedures and values are followed at all times.

A key part of your role will be to drive and inspire your in Resort Teams to deliver our Customer Service Promise within the constraints of operational budgets. Through regular visits to hotels and airports within your region you will undertake service delivery reviews and provide on-going coaching and development of the Team.

In addition, you will ensure that Company branding guidelines are adhered to and updates are distributed as and when required.

To be successful in this role you will have proven managerial experience gained from working within a large workforce, preferably within the Travel Industry. You will have experience in strategic planning to ensure company targets are achieved across multiple locations. With excellent team leadership and motivational skills, you'll be confident in leading teams remotely and dealing with difficult situations and taking them to a positive conclusion.

Already living or prepared to relocate to the Canary Islands, you'll ideally know them inside out, as well as being fluent in English.

To be successful in this role you must already be a driver with your own, or prepared to get your own, transport and flexible to travel extensively across your region.
