We’re on the hunt for an experienced Head Chef to join our team at Sopers House, which is set to fully open after the summer .
This is an early opportunity to take the reins on an exciting, contemporary concept.
Sopers House is a co-working space for professionals in the area to work /meet /play away from home, but still with every comfort they’d have in their safe spaces, as well as giving what is provided in high-class city offices.
We have a bistro space along with a top floor restaurant which is entirely open to ideas that you can bring to the table.
Everything from grab-and-go food, to casual brunches, to higher end brasserie style courses. We require a chef who understands the clientele and what the area will attract. We require a chef who is passionate about good food, healthy dishes, adaptable to all dietary requirements: somebody who is with the times in other words. Health and wellness is going to be a large focus here, we need to ensure that what our members are putting in their bodies during their working hours, is as nutritious as it can be.
As our Head Chef at Sopers House, you would need to have firm and driven management, financial and communication skills. You would need to have vast experience with fresh produce and environmental awareness.
This is a family run business; we need you to be outgoing, experimental and confident. We want everyone employed to be part of a team .We don’t want complacency, we want this to be an ever-evolving brasserie, a modern hub.
In the lead up to the opening, we require you to work with us to create menus and then day to day running trial , source products etc This is why the utmost experience as a Head Chef is non-negotiable.
